COVID TESTING:
Check with your airline, resort, or the country you are visiting to determine what test is required and the timing requirements. We are happy to process your COVID tests and provide paper results. We offer the PCR and antigen test. PCR tests are sent out and take 48-72 hours. PCR tests are sent out Monday through Friday only. Antigen tests are rapid tests, and we provide results same day.
Please call the health department if you have questions about testing or quarantine.
***Please note that COVID testing options may vary depending on the current available supplies***
DOT Physicals:
DOT Physicals are available most days including weekends, unless there is not a certified examiner on staff. Please call ahead so we can better serve you.
X-Ray & Lab Services Available:
Our facility is equipped to provide in-house x-rays (during most hours of operation) and many laboratory services. Certain tests may need to be referred to an outside lab.

online check-in
We offer online check-in through QLess. Depending on the patient flow, QLess may shut off before closing time and display a “Temporarily Unavailable” message. Once our wait time exceeds our closure time, our waitlist is closed for the day and we can no longer add more patients to the list. Each day our online check-in opens 15 minutes prior to the office opening. You can add yourself to our line by clicking Get in Line at the top of our website. Need help getting added? Give us a call!
